What exactly do I get?+
A name like yourname.inf.nz that you fully control. Point it at any server or service using DNS records, or delegate it to your own nameservers.
How quickly does it go live?+
Immediately after payment. Records are published to both nameservers within about a second; most resolvers pick them up within minutes depending on TTL.
Can I use it for email?+
Yes. Add MX, SPF and DKIM records yourself, or use the one-click Google Workspace and Zoho Mail setups.
Can I use Cloudflare or my own DNS?+
Yes. Switch to “own nameservers” and enter at least two. In-zone nameservers (e.g. ns1.yourname.inf.nz) are supported with glue records.
What if I forget to renew?+
You get reminders 30, 15, 7 and 1 day before expiry. After expiry there is a grace period where you can renew at the normal price, then a redemption period with a restore fee, before the name is released.
Is my personal information public?+
No. WHOIS privacy is on by default, so public WHOIS/RDAP shows only your country and state.
How can I pay?+
UPI or bank transfer (submit your UTR and we verify it), your wallet balance, and online card/netbanking when enabled. Every payment gets an invoice.
What is not allowed?+
Phishing, malware, spam, impersonation of brands or institutions and illegal content. Such names are suspended. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
